Instructions
Set an adjustable bench to a 30-degree incline and sit back with a pair of dumbbells held at shoulder level using a reverse, palms-facing-you grip.
Plant your feet firmly on the floor and keep your back pressed flat against the backrest throughout the movement.
Press the dumbbells straight up toward the ceiling by extending your arms, keeping your elbows tucked close to your torso.
Pause briefly at the top position while squeezing your upper chest muscles.
Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to your starting shoulder level in a controlled, steady motion.
