Dumbbell Incline Curl Stretch
Instructions
Set an adjustable bench to an incline angle of roughly 45 to 60 degrees and sit back with a dumbbell in each hand.
Allow your arms to hang straight down toward the floor to create a deep stretch in your biceps.
Keep your upper arms stationary by your sides as you exhale and curl the weights upward toward your shoulders.
Squeeze your biceps hard at the top of the movement for a brief moment.
Inhale as you slowly lower the dumbbells back to the fully extended starting position under control.
