Instructions
1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and flat on the ground.
2. Shift your weight onto your heels and lift the front part of your feet and toes upwards, flexing at the ankles.
3. Keep your knees straight but not locked, maintaining balance by holding onto a stable object if needed.
4. Hold the position with your toes pointed upward for a few seconds.
5. Slowly lower your toes back down to the starting position.
6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and sets.
