Crab Position Knee-Tuck to Toe-Tap
Fire up your core, triceps, and coordination with this dynamic bodyweight move. A total-body burner that improves balance and stability through controlled, rhythmic movements.
Instructions
Starting Position
Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
Place your palms on the floor behind you, fingers pointing away from your body.
Lift your hips slightly off the floor, engaging your core and triceps.
The Movement
Knee Tuck: Lift one foot off the mat and draw the knee toward your chest while maintaining balance on your supporting hand and foot.
Toe Touch: Simultaneously reach your opposite hand diagonally toward the lifted foot, briefly touching the toe or shin while twisting your torso to engage the core.
Return: Lower the hand to the floor and place the foot back down to the starting position.
Repeat: Alternate to the other side, continuing in a controlled, fluid rhythmic motion.
Form Tips
Keep your chest held up and shoulders pulled back throughout the movement.
Avoid letting your hips sag down toward the floor.
Maintain a steady breathing pattern, exhaling as you tuck and touch, and inhaling as you return to the start.
