Chair Seated Front Raise
Instructions
Sit upright on the edge of a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor and arms resting relaxed at your sides.
Engage your core, keep your back straight, and slowly raise both straight arms forward in front of you.
Continue lifting your arms until they are roughly parallel with the floor, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
Hold the top position briefly while focusing on squeezing your shoulder muscles.
Lower your arms back down to the starting position in a slow and controlled manner.
