Chair Seated Back Leaning Hundred
Instructions
Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair with your feet extended slightly forward and heels lightly touching the floor.
Engage your core and lean your torso back slightly while keeping your spine straight and chest lifted.
Extend your arms straight out in front of you parallel to the floor with your palms facing down.
Hold this leaning position while rhythmically pulsing your arms up and down in small, controlled movements.
Inhale for five arm pulses and exhale for five arm pulses, maintaining steady abdominal tension throughout.
Continue breathing deeply and pulsing until your targeted duration or rep count is complete.
