Calf Outward Raise
Instructions
Stand tall with your feet placed slightly wider than hip-width apart and your toes pointed outward at a 45-degree angle.
Place your hands securely on your hips to help maintain your balance throughout the movement.
Exhale and press firmly through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as possible off the floor.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement while actively squeezing your calf muscles.
Inhale as you slowly lower your heels back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
