Cable Straight-Arm Lat Pulldown
Isolate your lats and build back width with the Cable Straight-Arm Lat Pulldown. This movement provides constant tension and a deep stretch for a powerful, V-tapered physique.
Instructions
Attach an EZ-bar to a high pulley cable machine and hold it with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
Step back slightly, hinge forward at your hips, keep a slight bend in your elbows, and brace your core.
Exhale as you press the bar down and back toward your thighs in a sweeping arc without bending your arms further.
Pause for a moment at your thighs to squeeze your lats tightly.
Inhale as you slowly control the bar back up to the starting position until your arms are overhead.
