Instructions
Attach a single handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing the weight stack.
Take a few steps back, assume a slight squat stance with soft knees, and hinge forward at your hips.
Grab the handle with an underhand grip, palm facing upward, keeping your arm fully extended.
Pull the handle toward your lower ribs, driving your elbow straight back and squeezing your shoulder blade.
Pause briefly at the peak contraction, then slowly return your arm to the starting position with control.
