Cable Standing Chest Low-To-High Fly

Target your upper pectorals with this effective cable fly. The low-to-high arc provides a deep stretch and constant tension for a more defined, stronger upper chest.

Setup

  1. Position two pulleys on a cable machine at the lowest level.

  2. Add the desired weight to both stacks.

  3. Grab each handle and stand in the center of the machine with feet staggered for stability.

Movement

  1. Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout the entire movement.

  2. Engage your pectoral muscles to bring the handles together and upward in a sweeping arc.

  3. Stop when your hands meet or are close together in front of your chest, focusing on a strong contraction.

  4. Slowly return to the starting position with your arms out to the sides, feeling a deep stretch across your chest.

  5. Keep your torso stable and avoid excessive swaying.
