Instructions
Setup
* Attach a single-handle attachment to a high-pulley cable machine, or a cable machine setup for a high pulley.
* Face away from the machine, grasping the handle with one hand.
* Step away from the machine to create tension on the cable, positioning your working arm bent overhead.
* Position your feet in a staggered stance for stability, with the opposite foot forward from your working arm.
* Keep your elbow pointed forward and close to your head, ensuring your upper arm is stable.
Execution
* With your working arm bent, extend your forearm upwards, pushing the handle until your arm is fully extended overhead.
* Focus on contracting your triceps at the top of the movement.
* Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position, feeling a deep stretch in your triceps.
* Avoid pausing at the top and maintain control throughout the entire range of motion.
* Complete the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
