Instructions
Setup
Attach a rope handle to the lowest pulley setting on a cable machine.
Grasp the rope ends with a neutral grip (palms facing each other) and stand facing away from the pulley, with the cable passing between your legs.
Movement
Maintain a slight bend in your elbows and a stable stance with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Engage your core and initiate the movement by raising your arms forward until they are parallel to the floor.
Keep your focus forward and avoid using your lower back or swinging your torso to lift the weight.
Pause for a brief moment at the top of the movement to maximize muscle engagement.
Slowly and under control, lower the rope back to the starting position until your hands are in front of your hips.
