Instructions
Setup
Attach a rope or handle to the high pulley of a cable machine.
Kneel on the floor facing the machine, far enough back to create tension on the cable.
Grasp the handle(s) with both hands and bring them near your forehead or chest.
Execution
Keep your hips stationary and your back slightly rounded throughout.
Engage your core and exhale as you flex your torso forward, bringing your elbows towards your thighs.
Contract your abdominals hard at the bottom of the movement.
Inhale while slowly and under control returning to the starting upright kneeling position.
Focus on using your core muscles to pull the weight, rather than pulling with your arms.
