Instructions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you.

3. Kick your feet back into a push-up position and lower your chest to the floor to perform a push-up.

4. Press back up to the push-up position and jump your feet back towards your hands, landing back in the squat position.

5. Explosively jump up from the squat position, driving your knees towards your chest in a tuck jump.

6. Land softly back into the squat position and immediately move into the next rep, transitioning smoothly through the movements.

7. Repeat for the desired number of reps or time duration, maintaining good form throughout the exercise.

Please note: Burpee Tuck Jumps are an advanced, high-intensity exercise that combine strength, plyometrics, and cardiovascular elements. It's important to perform them with proper form to prevent injury. If you are new to this exercise, consider starting with a less intense variation and build up to the full Burpee Tuck Jump as your fitness improves.
