Bodyweight Pivot Rotational Reach
Instructions
Setup
Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides.
Movement
Initiate Rotation: Begin by rotating your torso to one side. As you rotate, pivot on the ball of the foot on the opposite side to allow for full range of motion.
Reach: Simultaneously extend the arm on the side you are turning toward upward and back behind you, while the opposite hand reaches downward toward the floor.
Return: Control the movement back to the neutral starting position, retracting the reach as you square your hips and shoulders forward again.
Repeat: Continue the motion by alternating sides rhythmically, ensuring the pivot follows the torso rotation.
