Bent-Leg Copenhagen Plank
Instructions
Setup
Lie on your side next to a sturdy elevated surface like a bench or box.
Place your top leg on top of the bench, bent at a 90-degree angle so your knee and lower leg are supported.
Position your bottom forearm on the floor directly beneath your shoulder.
Movement
Engage your core and glutes to lift your hips off the floor until your body forms a straight line from your head to your bent knee.
Keep your bottom leg tucked under or resting comfortably.
Hold this elevated position, focusing on squeezing the inner thigh of the top leg against the bench.
Keep your hips square to the front and avoid sagging through the shoulder or lower back.
Gently lower back down to the starting position to complete the repetition.
