Barbell Reset Deadlift
Instructions
Setup
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, with the barbell positioned directly over the middle of your feet.
Keep your shins close to the bar.
Bend at the hips and knees to grasp the bar with a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.
Execution
Engage your core, keep your back flat, and push through your heels to begin lifting the bar.
Keep the bar as close to your body as possible throughout the movement.
Stand up until you are fully upright with your hips locked out and shoulders pulled back.
Lower the bar with control, maintaining a flat back and hinging at the hips as the bar travels past your knees.
Allow the bar to come to a full stop on the floor before initiating the next repetition.
