Instructions
Lie flat on an exercise bench with your feet firmly planted on the floor and hold a barbell with a close, shoulder-width grip.
Extend your arms straight up over your chest with the barbell, keeping your elbows stable and pointing toward the ceiling.
Inhale and slowly bend your elbows, lowering the barbell in a controlled arc toward your forehead or just behind your head.
Pause briefly at the bottom stretch, keeping your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
Exhale as you press the barbell back up to the starting position by contracting your triceps.
