Standing tall with a straight posture, place your feet hip-width apart. Extend both arms out to your sides at shoulder height to help with stabilization.

Movement

  1. While keeping your torso upright, slowly lift one foot off the ground by bending the knee.

  2. Hold this position, focusing on engaging your core and stabilizing through the standing leg.

  3. Keep your gaze directed forward to assist with maintaining balance.

  4. Hold for the desired duration before switching legs.
