Instructions

Setup

  • Start in a standing position, feet hip-width apart.

Movement

  • Squat: Lower your hips back and down into a squat, keeping your chest up and weight in your heels.

  • Toe Tap: While in the lower squat position, or as you return to standing, lift one leg to extend it forward, tapping your toe on the ground in front of you.

  • Arm Raise: Simultaneously raise both arms forward and upward to shoulder height as you perform the tap.

  • Return: Return to the starting standing position and lower your arms.

  • Repeat: Continue, alternating your tapping foot with each repetition.

Form Tips

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the movement to maintain balance.

  • Do not allow your knees to cave inward during the squat portion.
