Instructions
Setup
Begin in a comfortable kneeling position on a mat, sitting back on your heels or with hips elevated, keeping your core engaged and spine tall.
Extend both arms out to your sides, parallel to the floor, forming a 'T' shape with your body.
Movement
Keep your arms straight and palms facing downward.
Perform continuous, small, controlled pulsing movements, moving your arms slightly up and down.
Maintain tension in your shoulders throughout the entire duration, focusing on the squeeze in your mid and upper back.
Ensure your neck is relaxed and avoid shrugging your shoulders toward your ears.
