Arm Circles Counterclockwise
Build shoulder mobility and tone your upper body with this low-impact, effective movement. Focus on controlled, counterclockwise circles to improve posture and strengthen your deltoids.
Instructions
Setup
Kneel on a comfortable mat or soft surface with your knees hip-width apart.
Ensure your spine is neutral, head is held high, and core is engaged to stabilize your torso.
Movement
Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, keeping them straight and parallel to the floor.
Begin creating small, controlled circles with your hands.
Perform the motion in a counterclockwise direction as indicated.
Keep your shoulders relaxed and down—do not let them shrug toward your ears.
Maintain a steady, consistent rhythm; focus on the mobility through the shoulder joint.
