Instructions

1. Starting Position:

2. Initial Movement:
- Raise your right knee up toward your chest while simultaneously lifting your left arm straight up toward the ceiling, as if celebrating.
- Your right thigh should be parallel to the ground at the highest point.

3. Switching Stance:
- Quickly lower your right leg back to the ground as you simultaneously lower your left arm.
- Immediately raise your left knee up toward your chest while lifting your right arm up toward the ceiling.

4. Repeating the Motion:
- Continue to alternate between raising your right knee with your left arm and your left knee with your right arm.
- Move quickly and fluidly, as if celebrating each time you lift your knee.

5. Breathing:
- Inhale as you prepare to lift your knee.
- Exhale as you lift your knee and arm.
