Instructions

Setup

  • Begin standing with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

  • Stand upright with your core engaged.

Movement

  • Squat: Initiate by pushing your hips back and bending your knees, as if sitting into an invisible chair, keeping your chest lifted.

  • Reach: As you reach the bottom of your squat, lower one hand to tap the opposite foot.

  • Extension: As you return to a standing position, sweep both arms upward in an overhead motion.

  • Repeat: Return to the starting position and repeat the squat, this time tapping the opposite foot with the opposite hand, alternating sides during each repetition.
