Instructions
Setup
Start in a half-kneeling position with one knee on the ground and the opposite foot placed flat in front of you, forming 90-degree angles with both legs.
Keep your torso tall and core engaged to maintain balance.
Movement
Extend the arm of the side of your kneeling leg straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
Use your other arm to hook underneath the extended forearm and pull it across your chest horizontally.
As you pull, keep your shoulders down and away from your ears to ensure an effective stretch.
Hold this position while breathing deeply into your upper back and shoulder area.
Switch legs and arms after the desired duration to balance the stretch on both sides.
