Instructions
Setup
Sit on the floor and position both legs at 90-degree angles.
Your front leg should be bent at 90 degrees with the shin parallel to your body, and your back leg should be bent at 90 degrees behind you.
Execution
Keep your torso upright.
Place your hands on the ground or engage your core to maintain a neutral spine.
To add the twist, gently rotate your torso towards the side of your front leg.
Hold the position, focusing on breathing into the tightness in your hips and lower back.
Maintain a tall posture throughout the movement to maximize the stretch.
