Instructions
Setup
Begin in a standard forearm plank position, with your elbows directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line. Engage your core glutes to stabilize your torso.
Movement
From the forearm position, explosively push through your hands and forearms to transition into a high push-up position (hands on the floor, arms extended).
As you push up, initiate a dynamic rotation of your entire body, pivoting on your toes/feet while simultaneously shifting your hand placement to rotate your torso.
Rotate your body 360 degrees, or oscillate between a left-facing and right-facing side-plank position by rotating back and forth.
Maintain a tight core throughout the entire motion to ensure you don't sag at the hips.
Control the descent back down to the forearm position before repeating for the desired number of reps.
