Instructions

1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.

2. Raise your fists up in front of your face, keeping elbows tucked into your sides to protect your torso.

3. Begin stepping in place, maintaining a consistent pace as if marching on the spot.

4. As you step with your right foot, throw an upward punch with your left hand, simulating an uppercut boxing move. Your fist should move upward and slightly forward as if aiming for the underside of an imaginary target in front of you.

5. Retract your left hand back to the guard position.

6. As you step with your left foot, throw an uppercut with your right hand.

7. Continue alternating uppercuts and stepping in place, keeping your core engaged to ensure stability and power in your punches.

8. Focus on breathing rhythmically and maintaining proper form throughout the exercise.

9. Repeat the uppercuts while stepping in place for the desired time or number of repetitions.

Remember to warm up before beginning the exercise and cool down after finishing your workout. Adjust the speed and intensity of your steps and punches based on your fitness level and goals.
