Instructions

Instructions for the "Sweep March" exercise: Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.

Begin by lifting your right knee up towards your chest while simultaneously sweeping your left arm out in front of you and across your body to the right, as if brushing something away from your right side.

Lower your right leg back to the starting position while returning your left arm to your side.

Repeat the motion with your left knee and right arm, lifting the knee up towards the chest and sweeping the right arm across your body to the left.

Continue alternating legs and arms for a set number of repetitions.

Keep your movements fluid and controlled, engaging your core to maintain balance throughout the exercise.

Focus on raising your knees as high as comfortable, increasing the range of motion in the hips, and ensuring a dynamic sweeping motion with your arms to engage the shoulders.

Breathe rhythmically, inhaling as you lift your knee and exhale as you lower it.
