1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides, and core engaged.

2. Swiftly raise your arms above your head and bring your hands together in a clap.

3. Immediately after the top clap, separate your arms and bring them behind your back, attempting to clap your hands at the lower part of your back. This might not be possible due to mobility restrictions, but the action helps to promote shoulder mobility.

4. Reverse the motion, raising your arms back above your head for another top clap.

5. This constitutes one repetition. Continue the movement for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on smooth transitions and maintaining an even rhythm throughout the exercise.
