Instructions

1. Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart. If using weights, hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms at your sides and palms facing forward.

2. Begin by stepping to the side with your right foot.

3. As you step to the right, perform a bicep curl by bending your elbows and bringing the dumbbells towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body.

4. Bring your left foot to meet your right as you complete the curl and lower the weights back to your sides.

5. Then step to the left side and perform a bicep curl as you move, mirroring the motion on the other side.

6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or time duration.

7. Make sure to keep your core engaged and your movements controlled throughout the exercise.

Remember to choose an appropriate weight for your fitness level if you are using dumbbells, and focus on maintaining proper form to avoid injury and maximize the benefits of the exercise.
