Instructions

1. Start by standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Extend your arms to the sides so they are parallel to the ground, palms facing forward.

3. Quickly bring your hands together in front of you, trying to clap with just your fingers, not the entire palm.

4. Swiftly return your arms back to the starting position, extended out to the sides.

5. Repeat the clapping motion for the desired number of repetitions or for a set duration of time.

Make sure to keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the exercise. This exercise helps to warm up the muscles in your shoulders and arms and to improve the dexterity of your fingers and hands. Finger Claps can also increase blood flow to the upper extremities, making it an excellent warm-up exercise before more intense physical activities.
