Instructions
1. Start Position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hands lightly placed behind your head, elbows pointing out to the sides.
2. Knee Raise and Twist: Shift your weight onto your left foot and raise your right knee towards your chest. As you raise your knee, twist your torso to the right, trying to touch your left elbow to your right knee. Lower your torso slightly to assist in touching the elbow to the knee. Your right hand can remain behind your head or move as needed for balance.
3. Hold and Contract: Hold the position for a moment, contracting your abdominal muscles.
4. Return to Start: Slowly return to the starting position.
5. Switch Sides: Repeat the movement with the other leg, twisting to bring your right elbow towards your left knee.
6. Repeat: Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions. Perform the movement in a controlled manner to keep balance and maximize the contraction in your core muscles.
