Instructions

Starting Position: Sit on the ground with feet flat and hip-width apart. Place your hands behind you with fingers facing away. This is your starting position.

Lift and Position: Lift your hips, move into a reverse tabletop by straightening arms and driving through heels.

Toe Touch Sequence: Balance on left foot and right hand, lift your right leg and touch toes with left hand. Twist body slightly for reach. Return and alternate the touch on the other side.

Continuation: Alternate sides, keep hips raised and perform equal reps on each side to complete a set.

Tips: Maintain controlled movements, engage your core, and keep hips lifted. Breathe rhythmically, exhale when twisting and reaching, inhale when returning to the starting position. Start with fewer reps and sets, increase as you improve.
