Instructions
1. Start by placing a Bosu Ball on the ground with the flat side down and the dome side up.
2. Stand facing the Bosu Ball with your feet shoulder-width apart.
3. Step onto the center of the Bosu Ball with your right foot, pressing through the heel to step up.
4. As you step up, drive your left knee upward to hip level, creating a 90-degree angle with your knee.
5. At the same time, twist your torso to the left, bringing your right elbow towards your lifted knee in a controlled motion.
6. Hold the twist for a moment and then untwist your torso, returning to face forward.
7. Lower your left leg back down to the ground and step off the Bosu Ball to return to the starting position.
8. Repeat the movement by stepping up with your left foot and twisting towards the right as you raise your right knee.
9. Continue to alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions or for a set period of time.
10. Maintain a steady pace and controlled movements throughout the exercise. Focus on balance and a smooth transition from step-up to knee lift and twist.
Remember, balance exercises like these can be challenging at first. Make sure to perform the movements in a controlled manner and try to maintain proper form throughout the exercise. If you find the exercise too difficult, you can modify it by removing the air twist or practicing the step-up motion separately until you gain more balance and confidence.
