Instructions

1. Begin by placing a Bosu ball on the ground with the flat side down and the dome side up.

2. Stand facing the Bosu ball with your feet shoulder-width apart.

3. Step onto the center of the Bosu ball with your right foot, pushing through your heel to raise your body.

4. As you step up, bring your left knee towards your chest, creating a high knee position. Ensure you are balancing on your right leg that is placed on the Bosu ball.

5. Keep your core engaged and maintain an upright posture throughout the movement.

6. Step back down with your left foot, returning to the starting position.

7. Repeat the movement, this time stepping up with your left foot and raising your right knee.

8. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions or sets.

9. Focus on control and stability, rather than speed, to maximize the balance and strength components of the exercise.

Make sure to perform the exercise on a stable surface and proceed with caution if you're new to balance exercises. If necessary, start without the high knee to get used to the step up movement on the Bosu ball.
