Instructions

1. Start by standing with feet shoulder-width apart and squat down to place your hands on the ground in front of you.

2. Tuck your head and roll forward, leading with your back to perform a somersault. Ensure this is done on a soft surface to avoid injury.

3. Use the momentum to roll over your upper back and shoulders, bringing your hips over your head as your feet come towards the ground.

4. As your feet touch the ground, tuck your knees to your chest to transition smoothly into squat position.

5. From the squat position, push through your heels and straighten your legs to stand up, returning to the starting position.

Note: This exercise requires a lot of coordination and may be difficult for those lacking flexibility or strength. Practice each part of the move separately before trying to execute the full sequence. Ensure a safe environment to practice the somersault and consider having a spotter until you are comfortable with the movement.
