- Keep your back straight and core engaged to maintain good posture.
- Your arms can rest at your sides or be bent at the elbows in front of you.

2. Starting Movement:
- Begin by extending both legs out to the sides in a stepping motion, as if you are doing a jumping jack while seated. Your feet should remain slightly off the ground.

3. Arm Movement:
- As you step your legs out, raise both arms in front of you to shoulder height, palms facing down.
- Keep your arms straight but not locked.

4. Return to Starting Position:
- Bring your legs back together to the starting position as you lower your arms back to your sides.

5. Repetitions:
- Repeat the stepping and arm-raising motion for 10-15 repetitions.
- Ensure to maintain a steady rhythm throughout the exercise.

6. Tips:
- Focus on control; avoid using momentum.
- Keep your movements smooth and deliberate.
- Breathe steadily; exhale when you raise your arms and inhale when you return to the starting position.
- Adjust the speed and repetitions according to your comfort and fitness level.
