Instructions

Positioning:
1. Sit on the edge of the chair with your feet flat on the ground, hip-width apart.
2. Keep your knees aligned with your ankles.
3. Place your hands behind your head, with elbows wide.

Movement Instructions:
1. Inhale: Arch your back, lift your chest, and look up towards the ceiling. Your elbows should move back, opening up the chest. This is the 'Cow' position.
2. Exhale: Round your back, tuck your chin to your chest, and draw your elbows in towards your body. This is the 'Cat' position.
3. Repeat this sequence for 5-10 cycles, synchronizing your breath with the movements.
4. Focus on fluid movements and gentle stretches, not forcing any position.
5. Stay mindful of your posture and ensure your feet remain grounded throughout the exercise.

Notes:
- Keep movements controlled and avoid any discomfort in your neck or back.
- If you feel tightness in any area, hold the stretch for a few extra breaths before continuing.
