Instructions

1. Start by choosing a suitable bicycle for your height and comfort. Adjust the seat height so that when you are seated on the bike with your foot on the pedal at its lowest position, your knee is slightly bent.

2. Wear a helmet and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.

3. Before you start, check that the tires are properly inflated, the brakes are functioning, and the chain is lubricated.

4. Mount the bicycle and place your feet on the pedals. Use the gears to adjust the difficulty of pedaling based on your fitness level and the terrain.

5. Begin pedaling at a comfortable pace. Keep your grip on the handlebars firm but relaxed.

6. Maintain a straight posture as much as possible, but lean slightly forward when pedaling hard, going uphill, or when riding into a strong headwind.

7. Stay aware of your surroundings at all times, obey traffic laws, signal turns, and be mindful of pedestrians and other vehicles.

8. Change your hand and body position occasionally to reduce fatigue and strain.

9. To dismount, slow down your bicycle and carefully step off to one side.

10. Hydrate and take breaks as needed, especially during long rides or when riding in hot weather.

Remember to start with rides that suit your current fitness level and gradually increase the duration and intensity as your conditioning improves. Riding outdoor bicycles can provide a great workout while also allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and explore new areas.
