Instructions
1. Select an appropriate weight for your fitness level on the abdominal crunch machine.
2. Sit on the machine with your back against the pad and feet secured under the leg support.
3. Place your hands either behind your head or across your chest, depending on the design of the machine.
4. Engage your core and lean forward to bring your upper body towards your thighs, smoothly contracting your abdominal muscles.
5. Squeeze your abs at the furthest point of contraction without jerking or using momentum.
6. Slowly return to the starting position while maintaining tension on your abdominal muscles.
7. Pause briefly at the start position, and then repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
