Half Plyo Squat Jack

Instructions
1. Start by standing with your feet together and your arms by your sides.
2. Jump your feet out to the sides as if you were doing a jumping jack, but simultaneously lower into a squat position.
3. Reach your arms up overhead, fully extending your arms. Ensure that you maintain good posture with your chest up and back straight.
4. Explode upward from the squat position, bringing your legs back together and lowering your arms back to your sides.
5. Upon landing, move directly into the next repetition to keep the intensity high.
6. Continue to perform the half plyo squat jacks for the desired number of reps or for a set amount of time.
Make sure to keep your knees in line with your toes during the squat and land softly on the balls of your feet to minimize impact on your joints. The movements should be performed in a fluid motion combining the jumping jack and the squat.
