Instructions
1. Start by kneeling on a yoga mat or soft surface with your toes together and knees hip-width apart.
2. Exhale and slowly lower your torso between your thighs. Extend your arms forward with palms facing down on the mat.
3. Rest your forehead gently on the floor. If your forehead doesn't reach the floor, you can stack your hands or make fists to support your forehead.
4. Allow your torso to sink down toward the ground, deepening the stretch in your hips, thighs, and ankles.
5. Keep your arms extended or bring them along your sides with palms facing up if that feels more comfortable.
