Chest Rotate Raise

Instructions
1. Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart for stability and your hands at your sides.
2. With your palms facing inward, engage your core and maintain an upright posture.
3. Slowly raise your arms out to your sides and up to chest height, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
4. Once your arms reach chest level, rotate your upper body to the right, pivoting on your feet to maintain balance. Ensure to rotate from the torso, keeping hips forward.
5. Rotate back to the center and lower your arms back to the starting position.
6. Repeat the same motion, this time rotating your upper body to the left.
7. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
