1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your side.

2. Begin to step forward with one foot while simultaneously raising your arms straight above your head.

3. As you step forward, start making small circles with your arms, moving them forward.

4. Bring your arms down to shoulder height while continuing to circle them as you step forward with the other foot.

5. Continue alternating steps with forward arm circles for the desired number of repetitions or for a set amount of time.

6. Keep your core engaged, and maintain good posture throughout the movement.

7. You can increase the size of the arm circles to further warm up the shoulders and upper back, or increase the pace to raise your heart rate.
